The problem with that is in the new so called NHL, it will be very difficult to dump or add players at trading deadline! How can you dump players to teams that have to dump players themselfs for Cap room? There will be only minor trade at best!

We may be stuck with this mess until player contracts run out or they are picked up on waivers from other teams in the next few seasons!
