Not sure how many of you caught Gainey's press conference but he clearly stated he was working a deals with teams for 2 weeks previous to the firing of CJ. There were absolutely no takers being the CBA is still new and fresh and and big deal now would really eliminate any chance of change near the trade deadline. Bob did the right thing with what he had to work with.

 Sadly its not what some of us wanted ...but SOMETHING had to be done. 2 wins and good wins since...better than 2 more losses. I have trust in gainey. A trade will happen but not for a while...probably much closer to the deadline to make a push for better positioning ( yes we will be in the top 8 come trade deadline time. )
