I am sad to see Julien go because I truly believe that the players are responsible for the way they play (or don't play), each and every one, from the captain on down.  And I agree with posts that state, "why couldn't they do this before Julien was fired?"   Also, Ribeiro is not my favourite player, but the blame does not belong to one player only.  This team needed a major wakeup call. 


On the other hand, why don't we see how it plays out before we start with the usual placing blame and negative predictions?  At the end of the day, it is the players that have the responsibility to step up and take some pride for the unifrom they wear no matter who the coach is.

Well put Mrs. Hab. The wakeup call has been delivered and as a habs fan I am happy to see a result. As I said in my earlier post it nauseates me when a team quits on it's coach because it says alot about your team's character (or lack of). Boys show some pride in the uniform and be goddamn thankful you are allowed to do something for a living that most of us only DREAM Of!!!

The voice of reason and tolerance as always!  Good to have you back Mrs. H; I was wondering if you were still with us!  We haven't heard from your son WCHF in a long time.  Married life must be more exciting than this site, I guess!
