The results of the Montreal this season, is the result of the core group of players not performing up to standard.  Which if the Habs fail to make the playoffs this year, should result in some sweeping changes in this core group.  That means it starts with S. Koivu, J. Theodore, R. Zednik and so on.  For myself all of those trade rumours going on right now, I would probably keep the rookie's (i.e. all of the young talent) and trade the veterans.
