Pens are in a heap of trouble looking for someone to lead without Mario in the line-up!

LeClair and Recchi are has-beens! Gonchy is a softy! No talent to work with other than Crosby and Fluery who are too young to lead but trying hard!

As a coach I can tell you that it does not matter WHAT level you are coaching at. You will get absolutely nowhere by embarassing your players in fron to their peers and, in Therriens case, in front of the world. If you have a problem with them, be a man and take them aside. That will get your respect and in the long run, the results you desire.

Well for what it got him he may as well have resorted to calling the players names and pooping all over them. Because now he has been rewarded by a pink slip. My hope is that whomever Gainey hires is the meaneast SOB on th eface of the earth because some of these lazy idiots will now appreciate what they had.
