Personally I think that Murray should run Brodeur over a couple times. And-O have you watched the tsn highlites and seen how many goalies atre being carried off the ice this year? It is freaking ridiculous. Players are going to the net with reckless abandon and using the old "Woops! Your defenceman steered me into you!" Routine. No penalties yet goalies like Dipietro and Cloutier out with bad knees from 230 pounds of forward falling on top of 'em. Lats night I saw McClennan of Florida get his head knocked off. Obviously the league is turning a blind eye to this so maybe when we run into a hot goalie (which seems to be on a nightly basis) we shoudl start running him.

(by the way barry33's solution, in lieu of the refs making a call, put the old steel pegs back in the nets. Players will not be quite as willing to go flying full steam into the crease if they know that the iron pipes are bolted down)
