RDS reports that Higgins and Komo scrapped it out during practice in Tampa.


Also, the article states that Kovy and Begin had words after the Washington game.

There are definate problems in that dressing room. I can tell by watching the players when they score a goal, or sit on the bench. Nothing kills a team faster than a poisoned dressing room. Solution? You have to trade the guys causing the problems. Remove the cancer as it were.

It's disappointing to learn that a team that had an extremely good start is falling apart and turning against each other. I guess this situation can be seen as a good and bad thing. The Good: maybe it can fire up the team to play better and with emotion...how? I'm not to sure...it just seemed like something logical to say...The Bad: It's back to the basics for the coach...'This black round rubber object is a puck, this is a stick...etc...'

Higgins and Komisarek have been friends since their childhood days in Long Island. This is just being blown out of proportion.
