Sounds like an old Chicago hit (Twenty five or Six to Four)....................... but out of curiosity, I checked the Habs' game scores so far.  Of 30 games, 11 have ended up 3-2 and 9 went 4-3 (counting the empty netter 5-3 game against Edmonton).  That's 2/3 of the games with those two scores.  And needless to say, every game is a nail-biter, regardless of the score.

The occasional blowout would be fun (if we win, bien sur).

And now ten games at 4-3!

Yup, same thing with Buffalo.  While I was watching the Sabres/Pens game a couple of nights ago, the announcers said the Sabres had won something like eight games by the score of 3-2 during the current streak they're on.

I must say, I've never thought much of Lindy Ruff, but he sure has the Sabres playing a very high quality of hockey lately, a real hard working team with everyone seeming to be on the same page.

At the end of the last full season and at the beginning of this one, the fans and media were hollering for Lindy Ruff's head (same as Sutter in Calgary). I suspect that the fans in both cities are now happy that management did not listen to them
