I don't have that problem, but I have this one occasionally: When doing a "Quote", sometimes the repeated words take a few seconds to come on. If I'm not paying attention, I will have typed a few words in the box that get erased when the repeated words finally do come on. That I find annoying.

But no Verdana/Arial problems. It's always on Verdana for me.

I have that problem too, both of them. the quote one and the verdana one. one time i wrote a big paragrapgh and all of a sudden it was gone. A pain in the you know what.

You have to ensure that all the icons have loaded before you type. If not, they go poof.

If you are running any type of firewall or antivirus, the page could take about a second and a half longer to load. Doesn't sound like much, but in this world of high speed computers, it can feel like an eternity.

My advice dave is just wait for a couple of seconds until the emoticons load, then click in the "Comment" box where your message goes, and start typing.

I wasn't going to bring this up, but since someone already made a thread about problems. Does anyone else have the problem that they can't see peoples signatures unless they are logged out? As long as I'm logged in, they aren't there.

I believe there is a setting in your personal profile that you can change to fix that.

i get the same Verdana/Arial problem. My way is to wait till all the icons are loaded and then click to type. I know with different versions of windows there are different formats. I have windows 98 SE ( mom takes a while to upgrade stuff...we got our first DVD player this year??

And with my edition you dont get the Add HTML file or add photo thing that the Windows XP has.

Im running Windows XP you will be glad to know along with my DVD and VHS I still have a beta yes a beta I will not get rid of it because I have some 100 beta movies my wife says Im old fashioned I wonder ????

I find that I can't see any of the emoticons, and using Internet Explorer, I cannot quote or edit posts.

It works a little better in Mozilla Firefox, but I still can't see the emoticons, and some people's avatars.
