Rick click then click on properties.  It does, indeed, indicate Chartraw.

Caracas, Venezuela to be exact.  I saw him play many times when he was with the NS Voyageurs.  He was the most dominating AHL'er I ever saw - a bonecrusher without peer.  He was a solid NHL'er as well, and I really liked him, but in my opinion never quite lived up to the promise.

He was the first and as of today, the only Venezuelan born person to lace 'em up in the NHL.
