I cannot believe it. We do all that work to comeback and then we lose. The refs are full of s***. What the hell is wrong with them. They call no penalties in the third period and then in the dying seconds they decide to call a penalty ... wow that's real unbias refing. Either way it should not have been a penalty. Rivet didn't even trip him with his stick. Whatever, the only consolation would be to beat Ottawa badly.

You called it! Another consolation: a comeback from being down 2-0, and a point in the bank.

It was a penalty, its a tripping penalty because Rivet did not touch the puck when he dove for the puck. Instead he caused the TO player to fall which is a tripping penalty, you don't need to use your stick to make it a tripping penalty. It was a bad play by Rivet considering it was the end of the 3rd, with no chance to score.

I do not question the fact it was a penalty. It was. What I do question is the fact that they let everything go until that point. Consitency? None. No wonder the players are running around wondering what they can or cannot do. Unreal really. But amazing recovery by Antropv. I thought when he went down he had been shot. Nice to see him get up under his own steam. I was looking for the stretcher.

Want to know something amazing? All 4 officials were form Ontario.. IN fact the referee (Warren) was born in Toronto. Surprised? (I got this info off of the officials website). Purely a coincidence I am sure.
