just what i was thinking but hes trying to be mr nice guy i say screw the refs they are out to get certain teams it is so obvious it sucks

Without a doubt, Quinn hammered the Refs earlier in the year, now look at Toronto getting the better end of the calls.

Julien wants to be the nice guy but u know what they say nice guys finish last . What does a player think when their coach does not even stick up for them and every once in a while give it to the refs.

I looked at the stats page at NHL.com of the game, and it has Markov receiving a penalty after the overtime goal for "abuse of officials". That could very well bring some suspension time . . .

I would prefer Julien take a more active role in lambasting (verbally) the bad officiating than the players. If Julien doesn't do it, then the players will and we might be without Markov now for some time.

When the goal was scored you could read Juliens lips. I saw the f word and some other stuff. He should be the one yelling at the refs not the players so I am in agreement with you.

I think CJ's emotion at games end also riled his players up to go after the refs! He then had to call them to the bench to diffuse the situation!

I totally understand though that CJ needed to let them know about the bull**** non calls against his team!
