Well looks like the Habs luck may have shifted. The last two games we have lost against the Pens and now the Leafs are games that would have gone our way when luck was on our side. We didn't deserve to win some of the games we won at the beginning of the year and now we are losing these games by 1 goal.


All is not lost since we played poorly and picked up a point against the Pens and tonight we dominated and we came up against a better goaltender. There will be games like this over the season and the Habs need to learn from them.


We are nowhere in the same class as the Sens so whoever thinks we are please think again. They are in a class by themselves with the Wings coming in 2nd after that. We are mid pack, better than the Leafs except their goalie and definetly a playoff team. We have been overachieving thus far and we will have some rough spells. I can see some coming up this week against Luongo and Brodeur. Get ready to get out-goaled again.


2 losses in a row and we still get 2 points. Not as bad as it feels to lose to the Leafs.

After I watched that first period I knew there was no way we were going to win tonight.  This really sucks - I hate losing to the leafs.  This is so brutal.  Theo once again did not show up for the big game - I think he let in some softies in my opinion.  The leafs got lucky on the one that went off his head as well.  I also think that you should never never get a short-handed goal scored against you.  There is no reason for that.  Play a different goalie from now on.  Theo can not cut it against the Leafs or just take a run at Belfour :)


I am so pissed right now.  The habs had this game to win. 


We didn't capitalize on our chances and thats why we lost - it should have been 3-0 by the end of the first if it wasn't for Belfour.  These stupid leafs where saving their energy for tonights game.  The same with the pens game - they played a brutal game the night before - montreal rolls into town and they have new life. 


Montreal is the most hated team in the league everyone steps up their game when they play us.

The positive side to this is that the boys came back with an exceptional effort after a subpar one on Thursday...welle xcpet for Theo who went the other direction
