Teemu went to Anaheim for $1 million per.....and he is simply flying!


Wasn't the rumor mill linking the Habs to Teemu back in the summer??? 


Imagine placing Selanne in Dagenais's place since day #1???


Just think...Selanne makes $450K more than Dagenais (which likely represents the revenue from 3 games in the standing room section at the Bell Centre).


(hindsight is always 20/20...but that one is hard to overlook!!!)

Selanne chose Anaheim over us, as he wanted to go to a familiar place where he would be happy.  We wanted him and Koivu pushed hard, but Sleanne went with his heart and it is paying off.

Believe it or not, as much as we love this team, not every player in the league is dying to play in the pressure cooker called Monreal. Selanne woudl rather toil in the relative obscurity called Aneheim and excells there.

Not to mention the beaches, parties, ladies. I wish they all can be california...giiiirrrlllls. Id take that over crappy winters with high taxes and crappy reporters any day. ( If i were Teemu ) But im me, so hands down id go montreal and do anything to stay there my whole career.....Imagine this though. Be a habs fan ( die hard) your whole life and get the chance to play for them...dream come true...but then have the fans and media HATE you ( Brisebois ) wouldnt that SUCK! I dont think id be able to live.

Can u imagine if we had somone like that. I would say get rid of Huet for a d man and bring up Danis. But who wants someone who is leaving the NHL next year
