GOHABS.com reunion is this Friday!!!

The first ever GOHABS.com reunion will take place this Friday November 11, 2005.  Thanks to Barry for finalizing a date.  The event is open to board members, friends, and Habs fans.  I just want a confirmation of who will attend on Friday and how many we'll be so drop me a line.   I would like to hold it at La Cage aux Sports located 1437, boul René-Lévesque (corner Mackay) just 2 blocks west of the Bell Centre. 


I got 4 tickets for Saturday's Leafs vs Habs match-up on November 12, for those who requested.  Anyone else going to the game? 


Also Barry, do you have confirmation if we can attend the Saturday morning skate and get a tour of the Bell Centre?  Please advise.


We should be in for a treat because during the pre-game ceremonies next Saturday, the Canadiens will retire the #12 jerseys of Dickie Moore and Yvan Cournoyer.

And-o would like to meet Mario one day...and And-o has never made the journey to Montreal for a game (And-o has only seen his Habs play in T.O.).


One day...maybe soon...And-o will travel to hockey Mecca and stand where giants have stood.


Maybe And-o will wait and make his first trip to "the cradle" for a parade!

Why the move?  Well Nine Inch Nails performs Friday night at the Bell Centre and I don't want any confusion with finding a table, etc.


On Friday, La Cage aux Sports will have the Leafs vs Sabres on the big screen so we can all get a good laugh!


Anyone is welcome to come.  Board members or not.  Just tell me in advance if you are coming as I would like to make reservations in advance.

Would so love to be there for the reunion.  Have been to Montreal and was lucky enough to also attend a home game in the old forum...a truly awesome experience.  Aside from it being the home of our Habs, it is also a very beautiful, friendly city.....enjoy.....Go Buffalo!  Have a wobbly pop for me.

Unfortunely on Friday I'm still in Washington (watching the Devils take on the Caps), but I'll join you guys on Saturday. I think it's a great game ahead of us, but first I'm looking forward to the games vs. the Bolts and on the road vs. the Pens. Yeah, watching super Mario and Crosby live, but I'm confident they won't score often enough to beat the Habs.

Have a great time everybody, the game's going to be on TV over here, so I want to hear some noise! Considering that I at times had trouble hearing the play by play over the crowd last night it shouldn't be a problem. It'll be my first game of the season and after reading all the posts I'm really looking forward to seeing for myself!

I will be in montreal Saturday night at the Cage Aux Sports in Vaudreuil ( about 25 mins from the bell centre) watching the game with a bunch of friends. Gonna be a good night ( as long as my habs win!! ) Ill look for you guys on the screen!! HAVE FUN !!!
