Wow and I thought we would not have more than 20 shots. Once again Sak and Begin doing the work to win the game.

Time to take the foot out of your mouth and stick it up your A&&.

To add some facts to the previous post, 20+ mins of ice time, 1 goal, 1 pass and a +1 rating for the captain who was real tired and almost ready for an injury as per uh-oh.

Hell of a game for Rivet also who is turning into a solid #2 for us.

You really are ignorant!!!

Begin, Bulis and Sunny play balls to the walls for the Habs and the PP gets chance after chance after chance and you credit Saku with that!!!

Do you even watch the games???

The best three Habs on the ice ALL NIGHT long were Begin, Theo & Souray!

Begin is supposed to be the third line checker tonight...and he literally picks the team up and carries them to a win...and you are here praising Koivu!!!

Saku broke the ice on a nice tip-in...and certainly showed loads of hussle (which has NEVER been the issue)....but I tell ya what John-boy...Begin would wear the "C" on And-o's team ANYDAY!

And-o can take the good natured jests.....but try to be objective!!!

P.S.  The Habs had more shots on the PP than at 5-on-5.....they will need a more balanced attack if they hope to keep tallying points!  Don't make the Bonk injury more than it is.....especially given the track record of some of our Habs!!!

Yep Begin was huge. Saku as always consistent in every situation. Points or no points Koivu provides power.

Ribero "the portuguese Prince"(sorry) was again playing his magical game of hide and seek. I wonder when he will magically appear again. I love these guys who are one dimensional but only produce points every 5-6 games. Now if he brought some other skills to the table I would be fine with 5-6 games of no points.

Man did we miss Bonk...our future first line center.

Theo played great. As Barry33 says, how about some c-o-n-s-i-s-t-e-n-c-y Theo. If he gets hot for a string of games Montreal would be even more difficult to beat.

We are in desperate need of a PP quarterback. Take a look at our opponents setting up the box on defense. No forwards anywhere near our D which neans they know our D will cough it up. Once we get a qb it will open up space,by opening up the box.

Sorry.  I don't expect everyone to be all or but these comments are not what Mario has in mind for the site.  I'm closing the thread for uncharitable remarks.
