 Good question!. The tough guys better know how to skate and fill a spot without costing a team on the score board or they wont be there.


 I take notice that Flames just signed Marchment. How will he react to the new rules? Very dirty player! Can he adjust?

I think the days of people like Terry Orielly and Dave Schultz are over. Ya they could skate but they were there for throwing their weight around to get a team pumped.

There is nothing wrong with HITTING in the new NHL.  Good, solid, clean hits are being encouraged.  Its the hooking, holding, slashing, cross-checking, that has got to go.
