I could only listen on the radio, but it sounded like the refs won this one for Ottawa. I did not have the benefit of seeing the goals Theo let up so I cannot comment on them.

Not sure about that. I think the calls were quite valid. Goaltending won this game or lack there of lost it.

The ref'ing was weak, yes, but it was rebounds that cost Montreal.  Ottawa got'em, Habs didn't.  On the fourth goal the rebound landed right between 4 Habs and only Souray moved on it.  Ottawa was also excellent at keeping the puck on the zone.  Sustained offensive pressure played a huge part in this game... bigger than the refs.

Vermette was practically standing on top of Theo in the crease on the winning goal.
