Overall a good period of hockey. Both goals should have been stopped by the goalies so 1-1 after 1 is ok. The RDS commentators are saying Theo blew the first goal and that Bulis' shot was too good.

A funny thing, but I've never heard anyone pronounce Plekanec's name out loud, so I don't really know how it sounds. In my mind, I pronounce it Pluh-KAN-eck, although I wouldn't be surprised if it were Ple-kuh-NECK or even Ple-kuh-NESH.

Hainsey Cleared

It looks like no one wants Hainsey cause he cleared waivers today. The only problem is he won't play in the NHL for sure this year. If he plays well and they try and call him up some other team will snap him up, if he plays like crap who wants? what a stupid rule to have to clear waivers when being called up.
