If the Habs do trade anyone, I would include Niinimaa just for the sake of it. I've watched every game and had my eye on this guy. I can not say that he's had ONE (I did say ONE) good game.

The stats would say otherwise about Niini. He is around 0 in plus/minus and he is getting good ice-time; most of it 5-on-5. He has size and mobility, which is something we seriously lack. Yes, he lacks toughness and confidence, but at least one of those things will come with time and if it doesn't, he is a free-agent at the end of the year.

As for trades, Conroy would be nice, but I am not interested in the other two in an era where the other team can't eat any of the salary. LA wants picks for him though and we just don't have the cap room right now to absorb 2mil.
