It is sooo fricken hard to go to Buffalo to watch the Habs play anymore & fans like this is the reason why. I always knew they were sore losers... but to be sore winners??? GET A LIFE!!!
Yeah ok.... your team seems to be doin' well thus far.... but I wouldn't get too fricken' C0cky yet, it's still really early in the season. You can fall real hard real fast if you lose a few of your key players.... & remember this... you haven't got a Stanley cup to brag about.... you haven't even made the playoffs as many times as we've won the cup. So humble up fools.
Sorry for my little rant but I was readin' the TSN story on our game & decided to flip through some of the Sabres BS. You barely won the first game & last night you got 1 flucky goal to kick the night off & our goaltendin' left something to be desired & let in two more (1 good goal though) one was an empty net ..... but again... IT'S TOO EARLY FOR THIS IDIOTIC EGO TRIP. Don't act like the cup is already yours... 'cause I think you'll be terribly disappointed come June.
& BTW Janne was right... you gotta fall sometime, & I hope it's the longest hardest fall you've ever seen. It would serve those fans right!
I do blame them... I go to every Habs/Sabres game & this is the norm. Janne is just this weeks "Ego Trip". Don't get me wrong... we have met a few amazin' Sabres fans when we have gone to the games... but for the most part.... their fans are rude, ignorant & apathetic. Alot of the fans we've come across don't even have a clue what the game is about.... booin' icing calls & such.
They just get under my skin so I thought I'd vent.
Give the Swords their due...and let the babies have their bah-bah's because playoff hockey is a whole lot different than hockey in October (just ask Brian Savage)!
Trust And-o...Lindy Ruff might let his guys break this goofy record...but he is quietly planning what will need to happen when the bounces start going the other way (and they soon will)!
Just look at what happened to the last 5-or-6 teams to step-out into first place and cruise to the playoffs!!! Remember the unsinkable Senators??? How 'bout the Federov DeadWings?? Remember the Big Bad Bourque Bruins? How 'bout Hextall's 110 point Flyers???
