Firstly, very happy the gang got intertained big time!

Was the Rivet goal not one of the most exciting goals you've seen in a long time?

I don't know about you guys but I love the way Markov spins away from his check. Very effective so far! Markov is a strong skater and is looking more like Zubov all the time. That's a good thing!

Also, Good to see the second line a +1. I've been critical of the twins on that line but tonight they deserve praise. They actually distributed the puck to each other. They did things out of charactor but for the good of their teamates. Finally can see that line actually producing now and elevating their +/- will help. It's a tough call for Carb to split them up and screw up chemistry on the other lines. After tonight, I'm sure Carb is breathing easier!

Finally, also great to see the Habs be the come back team rather than vice versa.

All anyone is asking of the second line is more consistent play. These guys snooze for 4 games, show up for one, then snooze for 3 more. It is very obvious that these guys have talent. It is desire and heart that has been missing on a regular basis. Come on guys, build off that and have some pride in your jersey and yourselves!!! If the second line clicks like that on a more consistent basis then we have a team to contend with!

Agree, we need our 8 million dollars of assets to play like this every game. At least this game was a start. They both shared the puck with each other and good things came from it.
