Was placed on waivers by Philly today. Do you think he would be a good second line centre for  Samsonov and Kovalev ???

Andy - I would give the guy a chance but at 2 million and very little cap space I cannot see it happening. I will say one thing though. He has imrpoved a great deal defensively. Hitch**** has even had him killing penalties which is something I thought I would never see. I think someone will pick him up that has more cap room.,

 I prefer Plecs. Way more upside at less money. Besides our second line center isn't the problem...it's his wingers.

Would Montreal have to eat the whole salary, or does Philly eat half? And does that affect salary w/r to the cap at all?
