Anyone who has ever read one of my posts knows that I am a Carbonneau fan.  Always have been, and always will be.  I actually think there's a place in the Hockey Hall of Fame for guys like Guy.  The intangibles he brought as a player - however "unmeasurable" - were so important to the success of the teams on which he played.  I would bet if you asked any one of his teammates on any team he played on, "Did Carbonneau do at least one thing each game that helped you win?", the answer every single time would be yes.

So on the cusp of his debut as Head Coach, here's a fervent wish from south of the border that he enjoys every bit of success as a coach that he enjoyed as a player.  This team, and its fans, have waited - and waded - through many years and many dissappointments, but something feels right about '06/'07.  Just a hunch or a gut feeling, but I think something good is about to take place.

Les Canadiens sont la (did I say that correctly?)

 Sounds good to me!

Also like seeing Muller back there. Two class acts!

They're rookies but I think they already have the players respect and that can go a long way!

Carbonneau and Muller.

I was always a Lafleur-Robinson fan, but those two are my favourites after that dynasty.
