                             yes I know it's early but I'm not happy with Kovalev , he's the senior Russian and if he's setting the example we have problems .....Perezhogin has done little , Markov more often than not looks disinterested .....and Kostitsyn , well from what I saw he was at least trying but he is certainly not having the impact I had hoped for ..mind you thus far he has seen mostly 3rd and 4th line duty .......

                            talking to myself .....forgot about Samsonov..........well he plain just looked lost ..........sorry but that's what it looked like to me ....lost , lost , lost......I don't care if it's preseason ...we're 0-4 ...and get beat at home by the Leafs ..that is not good

As much as we can try to brush it off as being "pre-season" and "who cares", the fact is that you build off the pre-season and this is when good (or bad) habits are established along with attitude. Anyone remember what our pre season record was last year?
