Is anyone else worried, or is it just me. I see other teams rolling along like Boston while we are just status quo at best. I realize that it is only pre sesaon, but come on guys how about a win here or there. I thought pre season was so the coaches could see who he has to cut and send down. I also thought pre season was so the lines could build chemistry. From what I have read, there is no building going on at all. I am also worried about the goaltending. Grant it I am limited to reading on line news. I have not seen any games

Still early.   To re-assure yourself, check the starting line-ups.  We'll have  a better picture next weekend.

the way i see it the teams we have played have a lot of open spaces , and people trying to make it . we on the otherhand are pretty much set as ateam with only spare parts need to fill out the roster , not much of chance for a newcomer to make the team and as such we are not getting the effort others are getting. just my 2 cents .

This is the preseason... time to let some of the young guys earn a spot on the roster...  they can't do that if all the big guns are hoggin the ice time.


I really don't care if the oilers, or the hawks have 3 wins already this preseason...  just watch what happens after the season starts.  The oilers may do well, but teams like the hawks don't have a prayer...

MCGirl, your avatars are great, though I do like the close up of you the best.....and as an employee of the Ontario Government , i have to qualify that with "I mean that in a totally non-sexual, non-threatening manner.......next time I'm in Grimsby at my in-laws, maybe my wife and i can meet you and your hubby for a drink?

(Here's the thing BigMac .... if it was only with me that these moments happend I'd say maybe... but it is with everybody around him too. )


I think you are just usin' that as an excuse to justify your "blonde moments"... blame the wife... that's always the way.
