Even though I am laughing myself stupid for almost falling for it MCG, you are being pretty cruel to some of our less than tech savy members.

Very funny.

Watching the game from the press gallery, in the opening minutes of the game, the Canadiens had a 5-3 Power play and failed to capitalize, and it was their number 1 line of Samsonov-Ribeiro-Kovalev.  One of the things i noticed last seasoin in the playofss was when the habs were on the PP, how slow they were to make lateral passes, and it really exposes them when they're up 2-man on the PP.

An interesting stat from tonight's game - Habs were 40% in face-offs (bad) but 62% on face-offs in their own zone (good).

Mario, how is Maxim Lapierre doing?  Haven't heard too much about him this training camp.

Lapierre saw limited action but did put on some good skating clinics.  He can skate, but we didn't see anything else from his game.

I like what Carbo is doing..even trying Samsonov and Kovalev on the Penalty Kill together (bet he will not do THAT in the regular season lol). These are only exhibition games. Come the end of the season no one will care which "Half AHL team" beat which in Sepetember. Play the kids, try different combos..see what works.

So I guess MCG's display picture looked surprising like your computer desktop?
