However, I must tell you that I was concerned at one time that he will play very concious of the fact that one hit and he could be jarred into an early retirement. I recall one player that was injured and he came back and never   never played to his potential again. I think it was because he was afriad of the BIG HIT. So I again ask, what do we do if he cannot play to his potential or play at all.
