Im so bored..so i just felt like asking who do u think will score the first goal this season for the habs.

It's never who you expect. This year it was Bulis, for example.

So I'm going to put my money on Johnson. We'll all be forgetting about Zednik when he does this.

I have to say Kovalev, but I am thinking it will be a non scorer.  Bonk or Garth Murray is my choice I guess.

I say the first goal goes like this:


Rivet makes the way from the defensive zone.  He puts a pass to Ribs, but Ribs misses.  Ribs then steals the puck back from the defender and sends a perfect feed to Sammy who then catches Kovy for a 2-on-1 who passes back to Sammy for the goal.  This all happens at 7:51 of the first, Montreals 5th shot of the game.  I also predict that Barry misses the goal as he "unloads and reloads" his drink and And-o misses the goal because Mrs.-O reminds him he forgot to take out the trash.

no biggie, my friend. I figured there'd be some confusion with similar avatars. We had a couple Cosmo Kramers before and that was hard.

well....since noone chose sammy...ill pick him....but my first choice is higgins 2 period

actually....i dont care who scores the first goal...as long as montreal do as a team it'll be satisfying....cant wait to see the russian connection at there best
