So Edmonton has made it known it is looking for a defenseman, a forward, and a draft pick.


If Montreal is in the running, who would they offer?  Souray for D, and whick forward: Ryder?  Higgins?


Seriously, I can't see Gainey matching up with other team's offers.

We have no chance because we are not on Pronger's short list. He will only play for certain teams. I think we will see more of this from top stars.

Personally I'd rather keep Ryder and Souray (and Higgins' not bad.) Let Pronger sit.
