But regarding ones that I might kick myself over, you can't count teams that have moved cities and kept the same name, can you? Such as the Calgary/Atlanta Flames, or the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers.
Other than the Senators, I'm pretty much stumped it would seem.
