(According to tsn.ca) Looks like TB is locking up Richards.  What do you all think?  I heard a few comments that TB is really tying their hands by giving huge contracts to those 3 guys (half their payroll?) and limiting who they can now afford on their blueline and in the blue paint.

5 years at 7.8 per! thats a lot, looks like Tampa's going to be a boarderline team for a long time. They have no money for goaltending or a good defensmen since i don't think they can afford Pavil Kubina anymore.

Well if they can trade for a decent to good goaltender like say Aebischer, Mason, Esche....... Even though they stick with Grahame they will still make the playoffs every year.
