I didn't want to clog up the Family album with 13 pictures so I've added a new thread. These are pictures of our Computer/Video game room. I'd have taken more pictures to show the detail but there would be far too many. These things have been collected over approx. 12 years. {:o)

I made the valance by hand the first game against the Leafs this season.














 


This summer I will be painting our ceiling to look like our home ice.

I am in love with that room ( I thought my bedroom was the ultimate habs room...that one KILLS mine.


I currently am working on a project in Wood Shop class art school ( yes...another one of Johabs talents... ) I am building a table thats surface is exactly like the bell centres ice. Its gonna be hard to paint, but im up for it. I will post pictures when im finished it.


And like you and ripple, MC. I will definately be dedicating my BASEMENT...not just one room, to the habs when im older. The thing will be 100% habs!!! Just like your room.


By the way...i love how you put gohabs.com site on your computer when you took the pic...nice touch

We are (right now) looking for a place that can make the slate (well felt) of a pool table the Habs logo on red felt (a.k.a. their "away" jersey)... that would be the ultimate. Next house we buy (we don't have a basement yet) the entire den will be Habs Heaven.

LOL... I'm sure you are....


We'll have to set up some sort of "Habs game party" & watch 'er on the Big Screen (you live not too too far from us) .... Hopefully during the Stanley Cup Finals


BTW~ We plan for the "Bar" in the den to be totally habbed out too. It'll be our Habs only sanctuary here in "Leaf-land".

Thanks for the compliments everyone.... I too love this room. I do get carried away sometimes eh? Every room in my house has a "theme".... the Computer room is my Habs Heaven, my washroom is Tweety Bird Land, My daughters room is Hilary Duff Ville, Our living room is a Movie theatre etc....

 


To Habs & Avs.... The Et C'est Le But is on the backside of the Go Habs Go scroll. (I bought 2 to display both sides) 


They were $3.00 each at a store called Giant Tiger. {:o)

I sent ya a private message with all the details of where to find them They were in a few stores.


They are not real jersey's but look exactly like it. I plan on sewing an arm crest/patch for a real jersey onto her jersey's belly. (I may even try to letter it if I'm able too)

Hey Johab, do you have an exact drawing of the bell center ice?  If so you and I will have to talk.  I could make your life a lot easier with your project.  I have some skills other than picking a hot wife.  Let me know what you have, and I will see if I can give you a hand by drafting the ice for you scaled to the sizes you need.  After that all you will need is a ruler and your paint.

LOL... No it's a lim. edition 2005 Pitts. Steelers Super Bowl/World Champions bottle of ketchup. There were only like 5000 made (or something like that) so I bought it as soon as it was released on Ebay.

LOL I have those too (in my pj collection) & a pair of pj pants that say shoot out on the bum (also has a puck with the habs logo on the bum) & have the habs logo around the waist.

Yeah, I've been a fan of the Steelers since early in my high school years. To be honest though.. I hadn't paid real close attention to the team like I used too (not like I do the Habs) but over the last two years.... the passion is coming back.


My hubby is/was a fan of the Eagles so we were always in competition when it came to football. After a while, we ended up not watching much of it. We kept up with the team by highlights alone. But, over the last few years.... he's been coming around & cheering for the Steelers...... Smart guy eh? lol

Hope I've helped...... Just a tip, have someone pressing the brake while you stick it on.... that way it goes on straight, 'cause it won't come off again without ruining it. (although the guy gives you a great deal on a second one if you end up screwin' up the first one  .... don't ask me how I know that!!!! lol)
