Hart - Big Joe. Hands down, he brought the bst out of the Sharks. They were going nowhere. Cheechoo exploded! Joe all the way.

Vezina - Kipper seems to have the inside track because he played all year (I think) and was ranked hi in almost everything. If it weren't for Big Joe, Kipper could pull the Hart.

Adams - I like Ruff here. That team was supposed to stink worse than Boston ended up. I think he really pulled together a group of over-achievers.

Calder - Wow! Did Sidney ever get jipped by the lockout but hard for me to feel bad for an 18yr old MILLIONAIRE!! It will be close between Phaneuf and Ovechkin....slow and steady vs fast and furious......heads Dion, tails Ovechkin.....tails it is.

Norris - I won't pretend to know what makes a D-man better than another. One of the usual will win, probably Lidstrom since Detroit finished so well HOWEVER, Chara and the Sens had such a great goals differential that he might go for it too. I just know that Pronger won't win.

Are there other awards? Defensive forward...not glamourous and nothing I'd really notice...does Carbo still play? How about....Bonk! hahaha.

No; the nominees were Lidstrom, Neidermeyer, and Zubov.

I agree, without Jagr, the Rangers may not of made the playoffs or would of been fighting for last spot.

BUT without Thornton, the Sharks would never of been playing in the post season
