Well, This will probably be my last post of the first round. Tomorrow is my last day before i leave for ....Rainy Halifax ( to what i hear right now )

I WILL get to watch the game tomorrow night, but i wont be able to post because i will be at a friends watchign it there with them. I work right after school so i wont be able to post then either. SO im going to give all my support now.

Let me say first off, that no matter what the outcome is in the series. I am pretty proud of the team this year. They STILL managed to make the playoffs, AND made some noice in it. We saw a few players blossom and it really shows how great a future we have here in montreal with Higgins, Ryder, Plecanek, Komisarek, and Perezhogin. These guys are young and already are a big part of the team. They can only get better.

Secondly, i would like to thank Huet for no-doubtingly being our MVP of the season. Without this guy, NO PLAYOFFS. Not even a chance. Also thank you to Bob Gainey for fixing the mess he made with Theo. The extra $$$ SHOULD and BETTER be used wisely in the offseason to hopefully bring in another defenseman and or big center.

Lastly, i hope that Koivu has a full recovery and can come back next year healthy and ready for an even better season. Kovy, GET THAT KNEE BETTER. Souray....for god sakes man...work on your 1 on 1's this summer. Markov, i expect more from you next year, dont fall under the pressure. Komisarek, if your recent play is any preview of what we are to expect in the future, i only see bright lights for you. Bouillon and Begin, you are our spark plugs and mean alot more to this team than you can believe. Rivet, a very solid but quiet season from you, definately a good thing. Dandy, you arent brisebois offensively, but you do the job defensively. Bonk, keep the recent play going. Bulis...ITS CALLED THE BACK OF THE NET....maybe next year will be your 20 goal year. Murray and Downy...im not sure what your future holds, but your service was apprieciated for the time you were hear. And finally, Guy Carbo!!! All the luck next year when you take this team and make a push for HOME ICE ADVANTAGE first round! Here's to next season.

( Yes this post sounds like the habs are out of the playoffs, but in all due respect, i dotn expect the habs to win the next 2, and i wont be here when the series is over, so...im getting it in now ) IF they do miracuously win while im gone ( it happened 2 years ago ) Then i will be back, full force behind our habs cheering them on into the 2nd round! GO HABS GO!!!!
