I always thought that players show their true colors in the post season. I thought he had a very average season, so his it's easy to get impressed by his play now. BUT...I think he's been quick, very physical, and very hungry. I would be impressed even if he would of had a pretty good regular season.

Absolutely. Much improvement.

I was impressed with the speed at which he played last night.

In fact, I couldn't help thinking that maybe he play on the wing again. Maybe this guy can cause the traffic this team needs in front of Ward. Try him a couple of shifts if it looks like it will work, good, if not back to the blue line. He is a converted forward after all.

I'm VERY pleased with what I've seen from him. In fact, most of our defencemen have stepped it up, except for Markov. Bouillon is his usual self and I love it; Komisarek has been really physical, which is always great; Dandenault has been incredible. He's been much faster and more physical. Souray hasn't been afraid to shoot or hit someone, but he needs to play the man instead of the puck. Markov is the only one whose game has gotten worse it seems. Especially when he shot the puck over the glass last night. He needs to learn not to do that! I expect him to step it up big time tomorrow night!

These three have been our three best defensemen in these playoffs so far. Not even close. Rivet probably next (he has been pretty invisible, which is usually a good thing for a d-man); Souray has been poor defensively, and Markov has simply not been himself.

Komisarek, in my view, is playing the best hockey of his career. Great to see how he has rebounded after the death of his dear mother.

I don't think Dandeneault has played that well...particularly one play that last nite when he was doing the backstroke on the ice...

Our D was good the first two but Markov and Souray certainly have not played up to their abilities...

I do think our number 1 performer on defense this playoffs has been KOMOCOP. he is the only player that has really established himself physically this series.

As crazy as it sounds, its VERY believeable....hes said to be like a young chris pronger...so its definately possible!
