 I just never thought that Devils would completely destroy Rangers.


 I gave Devils advantage for a better top line and goalie but thought Rangers had more overall skill and desent enough goalie.


 Thought it would be a closer series but of course Devils are a healthier team. But Devils out scored them about 18 to 3. That's domination.

The Rangers just gave off a vibe that told most people they'd flop in the playoffs, kind of like the Sens used to do a couple of years back. No matter how strong a regular season the Sens would have you just knew they'd flop in the post-season. I got a similar feeling from the Rangers.


Their late season blunders didn't help either.

This is why Habs fans wanted the Rangers in round one.  I expected the Rangers to go down fast.
