The thing that frustrates me about Pleks is he's spending too much time in the box and taking lazy penalties...12 minutes in 3 playoff games is nothing short of brutal. Let's hope Saks is just a black eye and he's ready to roll Friday!!!

I think Bulis will be moved into Koivu's spot and maybe Murray will play on Ribs' wing with Kovy. I think we will see one of the farmhands make an appearance, but if the reports are true and Koivu only needed some stitches under his eye, then we won't need to replace him. Let's hope the visor saved him!

Gainey gambled hoping the fishing would be better this summer. Boy , I mean we have been terribly thin up the middle all year but now.....can Ivanis play center? lol

What about Kostitsyn, Andrei ?

I said this in another thread but here are my lines with Saku out

Bulis- Ribeiro - Kovalev (elevated to 1st line status)

Higgins - Bonk - Ryder

Zednick- Pleckanek- Perezhogin

Sundstrom- Begin/Lapierre - Murray (If begin healthy, hes in there for sure, If not go with Lapierre)

Andrei Kostitsyn is also a possibility to add to the goal scoring but it makes juggling lines tougher. I see something like maybe

Kostitsyn - Ribeiro- Kovalev

Higgins - Bulis - Ryder

Zednick- Pleckanek- Perezhogin

Sundstrom - Bonk - Murray.

Again though I prefer the first set of lines.
