And-o is pretty much amazed at just how sick and twisted some of these posts are!


A man lies in a hospital with a potentially life altering injury and people are actually blaming those of us who critique his play of a game for that!!!

Sorry Larry but I think you just solidified the fact that you're in that group of freaks. You knew that it was going to really offend the guy and you knew that he wasn't HAPPY that Saks got injured anyway. Why would you say stuff like that? Why not apoligize now?

Ok, I think we all saw the same game - and it sucked.  The refs should be called out - but let's all keep calm here! 


I ****ing could not believe the crap that was called (and not called) but let's remember that we're Habs fans, not classless fans.


Enough with this folks!  Habs fans are the classiest in the league - which was apparent tonight when the phone booth booed the officiating after the overtime goal.


My boyfriend just commented that he hates that the game was decided by officials and not what was happening on the ice.  Lord help him, I think I may have converted him from a Canucks fan - and now he has to put up with my play-off bitchiness...but I digress. 


Yes, it sucked.  However, let's not stoop to a certain leaf fan that came in here and was an absolute ass to my friend MC Girl.


As my west coast friend normie says - nuff said.

Really people, let's all take a step back and take several deep breaths. Things were said out of extreme emotion and hopefully, while not excusable, this should be considered. Ando, we're all mega Habs fans here brother, NOBODY beleives you wanted this, NOBODY. Emotions are running wild. All of you on both sides of the previous Saku debate are decent people from what I've seen, try and be charitable to each other and step back. Band together people, I have a feeling Saku's injury is fairly serious but he will recover. When a player has an injury that costs them an eye, they're usually seriously flailing around on the ice in pain. Koivu got up and went directly to the bench, hopefully it's a good sign. Saku has almost definately taken a shot to the eye and recieved some damage, but I'm hoping it's not as serious as it seems, as I know you are ALL hoping!

Excellent post Habgirl. I'm pissed at the refs, but as the players and coaches here all know, you're going to get badly reffed games and you need to rise above that. While I'm frustrated with the refs, our boys played a great game, nuff said.

Ando you are so right, I am not a Koviu lover, but my goodness, who wants to see a guy get hurt?  If Darcy Tucker had been hurt like this I would not be happy.  A mild concusion to him would put a bit of a smile on my face, but who in their right mind wants to see a player get badly hurt?  How could people think that?  I have bashed Bulis many times, but would pray to god that he would be OK if he was injured.  I don't know what some people are thinking, or not thinking.  Maybe these people should have stopped at 1 labotomy.

And-o, I hear what you are saying, obviously you didn't want Koivu to lose an eye but after all the negative talk about Koivu from you and another, well you know...

hey Johnny..when And-O called CJ an "idiot and a jerk" and he go fired, I wished that And-O would get hemeroids...not sure if he did or not though
