You're right And-o. Great game by the Habs at both ends. Ward stole this one just as surely as Dryden stole some from the Bruins in '71, as Roy stole some from L-A in '93, and as Theo stole some from the Bruins in '03.

Interestingly, it was the injury to Zednik that propelled the Habs to get back in that '03 series if you recall. Let's hope they'll play with some heart for their hurting captain and put the Canes away.

Agree with everything you said. This series will go to the limit both physically and emotionally.

Brutal reffing... I am a fan so I try to be objective but there was more than one occasion where a canes penalty wasn't called and moments later a borderline call goes to the habs, go figure... that's hockey in suppose.

But how they missed the koivu highstick I will never know... I saw him go down like he was shot... how could 4 officials miss that? Linesmen CAN call highsticks if I am not mistaken. And Williams wasn't even close to lifting his stick... carelessness may have cost Koivu his vision.

But I am glad they had their microscopes out to find the blood after the Komi highstick... WAY TO GO BOYS! Brilliant last non-call too... it looked to me like there were going to be no rules in OT so I don't blame Plecs and Dandy for mauling the guy...

Oh well it will still be nice to go back to Carolina with a 3-1 lead... GO HABS GO.

A number of fans and media called for a 7 game series and the last two have proven that that's probably what will happen. I hope Les Boys can win it for Saku!
