How many people plan on going there. For those who have been before, is there a subway stop near by?  How early would you have to be there Friday night to get a seat.  Myself and 4 other Habs  fans are thinking of driving down from Barrie to take in the experience with some other Great Hab Fans.

This place was not worth the drive. There was two t.v's in the corner of the bar, 20 inchs for both them. People standing everywhere so if you want to eat drink and sit to watch the game you can't. The game was showed via RDS so only in French ( I dont speak French but I will not complain about that, it didnt really bother me). The sound was horrible just t.v sound.

As for this Habs shrine somebody mentioned it was like the size of my shoe box, to give the bar some credit I wear a size 12. There was one little Habs flag, after being in there for 5 minutes I had to ask the server if they were showing game, because I was not sure it was a Habs bar.

The people were all Hab's fans which I will not deny it. It was nice to have that atmosphere, but that bar owner needs to do some serious work to make it look like a habs bar.

The least you can do is have a few more t.v's or at least a big screen.

I could of went to the bar my fiance waitress at, and they have game on a big screen and oh yeah surrond sound might add. And about 7 20 imch t.v's and there is more seating in this place but yet the bar is smaller, go figure. The bar name is St.Louis Bar and Grill, and it is located in burlington which is like half hour away from toronto a sub-urb of it. WIth a playoff special of 30 wings and pitcher for 22.95.

I know it souns like advertisement for the place but it is not, I always stay in to watch the game but I heard so much about this Kilgers place that I would try it. BIG MISTAKE !!!!

So may I say , who ever praised this place , you should think about it, it was horrible.

Yes the tvs are small, but i have never had a problem viewing the game.   As far as the french goes, they used to show the games in english but switched to french when the habs were losing.  Immediately on the switch to french the team went on the 8 game win streak, so they don't want to change back to English at this time.

I love this bar for one reason.  The atmosphere in there is crazy.  It is ALMOST as good as sitting in the Bell Centre.  The cheering of every save, every clear on the penalty kill, the singing of OH, OH, OH, OH... after the goals.  I have always been a believer that the people make the place, not vis-versa.  To each their own I guess.
