Wow, did some of you guys criticize the Habs all the way to their Cups in '86 and '93?
We could be on a miracle run right now! You're robbing yourselves of the pleasure of reveling in it. I'll tell you in 86 and 93 I was betting Habs like a half-wit - rich half-wit as it turned out.
Now by my calculation JoHab is a Habs miracle run virgin based on his age - let's us older posters show him a good example of how to "believe in miracles".
As Seinfeld's Puddy said "Hey.... you gotta support the team. Show 'em you're out there!"

Here's another Seinfeld connection, for you 'feld fans (and who isn't?): remember the scene in a psychologist's office where Kramer asked for a decaf cappucino? The actor who played the psychologist (Stephen McHattie from Antigonish, NS) is the same guy who played Dick Irvin Sr., the Habs' coach in the movie The Rocket.
I bellieve thatt's the sort of useless trivia that Et-o likes to read from me.

He also played that "Billy" character in one of the most chilling, upsetting movies I've ever seen in "Life with Billy".
I can't not look at the guy without wanting to give him a shot in the head - but for some reason I didn't make the connection - the psychologists was Elaine's beau and Crazy Joe Devola's shrink right?
