Yes I originally thought Perez...But now I'm leaning towards either Sunny or Murray. Sunny is just so solid technically and adds vertern calm out there. I love that.
I like that Murray guy...but he gives me the creeps sometimes defensively...he looks like an overmatched rookie at times...but he would bust his nuts for the habs so...I love that.
Either Sundstrom or Murray...the fact that I don't think I heard Sunny's name all night, nor did I see him (and I was in front of the TV all game) would make me lean towards Sunny.

Ya I think Begin can replace Sunny perfectly and add more grit, defense and a bit more offense and speed. Shouldn't take Murray out, he's playing good and he pressures the opposing defensemen, he wears them down.
But Sundstrom was KEY in game one. It's hard to say, because to tell the truth the Habs are playing pretty well against a very tough Carolina team (they may have crappy goalies, but the rest of the team is real opposition). Even those who have been disappointing (Koivu, Markov, Souray, Dandenault) have contributed in a lot of different ways.
Lets not get ahead of ourselves. I want to see Steve Begin back as much as anyone, but right now he is not ready.... In the meantime we may (knock on wood, cause i hope not) suffer another injury up front making this discussion redundant.
