It's funny how no one is commenting on our leading scorers job last night.  3 point night for Kovalev.  If Koviu played so well, then Kovalev must have been god like.  I know we pay him to score, but did any of you see him lift Staal's stick?  Pure genius.

BTW I am just trying to lighten the mood.

Kovy was great last night. He is a proven playoff performer.

Hey, what took you so long! Kovy played great, the more I see of him the more I'm starting to think he may be the best puck handler ever...like they said on the telecast, he's going for a dangle and he's one of the best danglers...or something like that.

John, I support Kovalev like you do Koviu.  I actually didn't think he was all the impressive last night.  2 goals on 2 shots, and that was about it.  But hey, I will take whatever I get.  I was just hoping to lighten the mood between all of you who are arguing right now.  Why can't we all just get along?  LOL

I know you do rw, I know you do. If he wasn't great, I can't wait to see when he is

That was exactly what they said, and what took you so long?  I have been saying it for a long, long time.  Kovalev is the premier stick handler in the game right now, but I don't think we have seen anything yet.  The 2 goals were just enough to get him going.  They said it on TSN last night, "have the Canes woken the sleeping gaint?", as they showed his goals.

John, you will know when Kovalev is great.  It will seem like there is 2 or 3 of him on the ice.  He will dominate this series, and if he does, lets hope it takes some attention off of our 2nd line.  (you know Koviu, Ryder, Higgins).  Brind'amor or however you spell it, was totally dominant of Koviu last night.  He took his offensive game away.  If the attention moves over to Alexei that will help out the other scoring line.  But Brindy doesn't stand a chance when The AK Express desides to dangle on his a$$.

I actually haven't seen that many habs games this year, just the ones on CBC & TSN Toronto. I only splurged and got RDS a few weeks ago. Listen, not all of us are blessed with rabbid Hab fan wife like you are with MC. My wife is not a hockey fan, if I watched as many games as you a year I'd be in a much worse doghouse than the one I'm in on the board

I think Jose's flowing locks are partly responsible for my wife being Hab crazy.  But seriously Huna, I know exactly what you mean, MC wasn't always a Habs fan, and I would have to kick and scream, and maybe even shed a tear or two.  But she is like a fine wine, and gets better with age.  Prettier and smarter every day, that is until she starts insulting Kovalev.

Gulp, I hope when she found out those flowing locks were created in a labratory it didn't affect her fanship
