Basically the same way you put up your avatar.  Difference is you would use the [IMG] tagline.

Just go to Image Shack like Brooky says, it's pretty straight forward. Upload it and the link will be there for you to cut and paste. I did a properties on your immage and the URL is "file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/APW/Desktop/Andrew/Leafs/image001.jpg"

Which means it's on your computer. So you'll see it, but nobody else will.
