How difficult it is...

 I find it amazing how difficult it is to move up in the standings. We win 8 of 9 and Tampa and New jersey are still right with us.


 Actually Laffs and Preds are playing decent hockey and still can't gain ground on us.


 It's certainly not like that in the west where it'll come down to the final game on who is in or not.

That's just because we already made up the ground in the first week or the streak.  Then NJ and TB started playing better and kept pace with us the next week.  It does seem like we should be higher up.  Just remember the slump we had mid-season and let's be glad to be where we are.

 I'm glad. Actually would be content with 8th spot if Carb could rest players and ice a fresh team for the playoffs.
