Now we'll see what this team is made of. With these next games coming up, the boys will have to take their game to next level. If they can't, then they'll be entering playoffs against a good team on a low.

An alternative would be to play conservative and hope for the best while resting players like Saks, Rivet and Kovy for the playoffs. Hey, 8th spot may not be so bad if we meet the Sens in the first round. A rested Habs team against a beat up Sens team. I'd take that.

I don't think it matters who they play in the playoffs ,every team is going to be tough.....it's a game at a time....period at a time....shift at a time ...last nights game against the devils proved how important every shift is..and skating for 60 minutes "GO HABS GO"

Well I actually thought the habs outplayed NJ. The lose did not bother me, the loss of Begin is more devastating. I did not see the injury...I got flippin to the ultimate fighting championship for a spit second...

In any case, if he is lost for the season, I figure we will see the habs win 2 of these last few games and that is it...squeek into the 8th spot, and get blown away by Ottawa.

Sorry guys, don't mean to be a "bad habs fan", but this team is building like I said in previous posts. It won't bother me because I just know the habs will be on top in 1-2 years.

If Begin is alright, we may surpass NJ, in which case, we will still lose to Buffalo( in 6...). That's how much I think about Begin.

I do however think the habs could beat Phili or NYR...
