While the Eastern Confereence is certainly the race that I am watching with most intensity, take a look at the Western Standings.  10 points separate 3rd (Calgary - 95) from 10th (LA - 85).  Looks like some wild times coming up. 


Have to give the NHL credit for their scheduling.  Every game for the last 2 weeks up to the end of the season are huge, for teams trying to make the playoffs.

Quit right.

I did not like the new schedule format to begin with. I wanted to see teams cross over to play the other conference more.

This run to the playoffs has been very intriguing to say the least. I am enjoying this race and am paying much closer attention to games played by teams other than the Habs.
