It's a live stream.  Someone on Hornby Island (BC) put a camera high in a tree to get a live stream of a bald eagle couple in nest with eggs...he (or she) goes out for food and flies back in every once in a while.  Very cool! 


It's apparently only going to be up for a few more hours, but take a look!  Nilsey, it's right up your alley!

It's kind of a yawner, but if you're patient it'll pay off.  I've seen the male fly back into the nest with some kind of grub, take off again and Mom getting up to check on her eggs and settling back in awaiting hubby's return.


God I love BC!

The term I believe is ornithophobia. I watched for a bit and mama bird got upset with something and left for about 2 minutes...came back still squaking at something. Man, this really is better than TV

In fact, all of the squaking and wing flaping kind of reminded me of Tucker complaining to a referee

Well, looks like mario should rename the sight Eagles and owls. com. Now that barry's given up bird watching I guess somebody had to step up. Just kidding, ofcourse, I thought the eagle thing was great...and the owl and the, never mind...

How cool was that Saku??  I know it's a bit boring, but when stuff starts to happen it is absolutely awe-inspiring....

Johab, better watch it...momma eagles get very territorial!  lol


She does move, and it's really neat when daddy comes home.  I just keep it on my desktop as I am working (no really, I AM working!) and sneak peaks every once in a while.
