Huet is our guy now & rightfully so, he's proven that "he's the man". He's excelled when we needed him to & has proven that it's not a fluke.

I will miss Theo in the Bleu, Blanche et Rouge, however, his performance stunk up our games over the last couple of years. He was off since January so we got the chance to get used to his absence, even before the trade. (not sure if I am speaking for both of us HabGirl) He's still is a cutie, but I don't mind admiring him from afar. He was hurting our team & Huet is now in the process of cleaning up the mess he left behind. (Well the mess with our goaltending issues anyways) I think he has the makings of a A1 goaltender, don't you think?

It's always a nail-biter when Aby is in net, but BG made the right call vs. the Pens. Gotta give your no. 1 man some rest, and we got the two points (barely) so BG's decision can't be argued with. I would expect that we'd not see Abby again until a) the Habs have clinched a playoff spot or b) the Habs are eliminated from the playoffs. Otherwise, the reamining games should be Huet's.

You are correct - I miss Theo when in his heyday. But I concede - he had to go. I think it could be a great move for him, and I really hope he gets his game back. We've lost a poster boy but I wish him well.

Huet now rocks my world Di! I love his composure! Now for Abby though...he scares me.
